Do yourself a favor and stay here! Hidden gem We had amazing personalized service all around. Henry served us complementary breakfast every morning! Great selection of food options and wonderful hospitality was a perfect way to start the day. They serve high quality food here! Lunch and dinner menu offers something for everyone. Rooms were stylish clean and definitely appreciated the top notch air conditioning!! Beautiful rooftop pool with affordable poolside cocktails. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants and coffee shops and even a 7 eleven. Some construction nearby but no heavy machinery so noise and dust are not an issue. They also have affordable bike rentals for a quick ride into town or 3 miles to beach and/or cenotes. We only needed a car for airport transportation and a ruins tour. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to go back

Great room and very nice hotel We stayed 5 nights Roof top is nice, beds were comfortable, very attentive staff. The hotel is very clean and room is fully equipped with everything needed in high standards! Location is within driving distances, by car or bike. There are lots of constructions sites nearby so over the weekend it was quiet but during week days you can hear the constructions sounds in the day time. I didn’t like that there was no option for late check out thought I asked the night before if would be optional and I got a call at 11:40 saying check out will be 12…

We had a lovely time at the hotel. The staff were attentive, the rooftop and restaurant were great. The guest services were fantastic. It was a lovely area and felt safe. Special shout-out to Christopher the manager, Jesus the front desk/concierge, and Omar also on front desk, Jorge our bartender, Fernanda the masseuse, the cleaning staff and many more. We felt very comfortable there and enjoyed our experience. The one and only complaint was that their “hot tub” was not a hot tub but in fact like a luke warm pool slightly above the pool temperature. Other than that it was perfect. I would recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable and enjoyable experience. Thanks guys!!

Stayed at the Naay with my wife and 1 year old, and the hotel was fantastic. I received a message from the hotel while I was still in England before travelling, and they reached out just to check I had everything in order, and whether I needed assistance with transportation etc. A really nice touch. Room was very spacious, and the hotel was only 10 minutes from Paradise beach and the 'main streets'. Very impressed with the service provided by Kris, Juan, Paula and Henry at breakfast. Would definitely recommend.

Loved this hotel! Wish I could've stayed here longer than the one night we booked. Beautiful place. The parking can be a bit challenging to find especially at night (watch out for the cops that patrol the area). The check-in process was seamless and service was great (we got a complementary room upgrade). The hotel is beautiful and a bit quiet - a hidden gem. The room was great, spacious and pretty! The rooftop pool was nice to look at and see the views from. Perfect distance between Tulum beach and Tulum center. One of my favorite hotels I've stayed in on vacation.

This was our second stay at hotel Naay Tulum. Our first stay was five years ago. We were pleasantly surprised to find much of the same staff still working there, and even remembering us after so long. This, added to the fact we were in low season, made our stay very special. The staff was extremely attentive and engaging in genuine conversations (helping us improve our Spanish along the way!). We also found the hotel well maintained, looking just as new as when we first went.

My sweetheart and I just had a lovely stay at hotel Náay Tulum. The rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Rudolfo was especially helpful. The surrounding area is safe, clean, and interesting with a handful of shops, restaurants, and convenience stores. I loved the rooftop pool and complimentary breakfast. Feeling grateful and fortunate to have found this place.

After reading some reviews we were quite sceptical about the hotel. But it turned out to be very nice, we had a really big room with working A/C. The room was well equipped and very clean. The area was in a new lot outside of the the city, which turned out to be a good thing because it was much quieter than the hotels along the beach and it the “main” centre of Tulum. Only the bikes were a bit too expensive with 300 pesos per day. But we loved it here!
